Terms and conditions – KM2 FinCrime survey prize draw

1. Promoter
   The prize draw is organised and promoted by KM2 FinCrime.
2. Eligibility
   • The draw is open to individuals who complete the KM2 FinCrime survey in full and correctly submit their entry form.
   • All required fields in the survey must be completed for the entry to be valid.
   • Only one entry per person will be accepted.
3. How to enter
   • Eligible participants must complete and submit the survey by the stated deadline.
   • No purchase is necessary to enter the draw.
4. Closing date
   The prize draw will take place on 31 October 2025. Entries received after this date will not be included.
5. The prize
   • One winner will receive a NZ$100 Amazon gift voucher.
   • The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
6. Winner selection and notification
   • The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries on 30 September 2025.
   • The winner will be notified via the contact details provided on the survey form within 14 days of the draw date.
   • If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of notification, KM2 FinCrime reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Data protection
   • Personal data provided in connection with the survey will be processed in accordance with KM2 FinCrime’s privacy policy.
   • Contact details will be used solely for the purpose of administering the prize draw, unless consent is given for other communications.
8. General
   • KM2 FinCrime reserves the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
   • By entering the draw, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
   • The decision of KM2 FinCrime regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding.
